1. General

These terms apply to all purchases made through kapalaj.no/kapalaj.com. By placing an order, you accept these terms. Seller is Kapalaj, org.nr. [pending], Norway.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in Norwegian kroner (NOK) including VAT. We accept payment via Vipps, bank cards (Visa/Mastercard) and invoice. Payment is charged at order confirmation.

3. Delivery

We ship all orders within 1–3 business days. Coffee is roasted to your order to ensure maximum freshness. Free shipping on orders over 599 NOK. Standard shipping cost is 79 NOK.

We deliver throughout Norway via Posten/Bring. Expected delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch.

4. Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act. See our return policy for details.

5. Complaints

For defects or issues with the product, you have the right to complain under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act. Contact us at hei@kapalaj.no and we'll sort it out.

6. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with the Norwegian Personal Data Act and GDPR. We only store information necessary to process your order. We never share your information with third parties without your consent.

7. Cookies

8. Disputes

Any disputes shall first be attempted resolved amicably. If not possible, the matter may be brought before the Consumer Council or the courts. Norwegian law applies.
