Right of Withdrawal

Under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from when you receive the product. The right of withdrawal applies only to unopened products in original packaging.

Exceptions

Coffee is a perishable product. Opened bags cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. If the bag is unopened and in original sealed packaging, we accept returns within 14 days.

How to Return

1. Contact us at hei@kapalaj.no within 14 days of receipt.
2. We will send you a return label.
3. Ship the item in its original packaging.
4. Refund is processed within 5 business days after we receive the return.

Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us with a photo of the product. We will send a replacement at no cost, or issue a full refund.

Return Costs

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer covers return shipping. For defective items, Kapalaj covers all shipping.
